A few months I saw that it always changed exactly 28 days but then there were some times it was more, and didn’t seem to be because of a holiday or weekend of site maintenance (the way a periodic date for bank statement or bill due date may sometimes be off) and the extra days didn’t add up to account for only using 28 days as a trigger either (to account for months with 30, 31, different number of days) also there weee couple huge changes that happened overnight, I think mine went from 11 to 6 months in one night) and estimated processing time is supposed to depend on the specific field office. 126 State: Illinois Filed for: K-1 Visa Filing Location: California Service Center Country: Dominican Republic Timeline Photos Posted JAfter waiting 55 days after my NOA2 approval and NVC not receiving yet, I called CSC to see if my case has yet been forwarded. What do you mean “dug into the site code” I understand how a simple countdown can be programmed to display from a set initial value, but isn’t that something that would be hidden so that the output only is seen? Like I code a countdown and then separate code to display only the output so that no one can see the underlying calculation? I don’t really know a lot about this, not trying to say I don’t believe it but it doesn’t seem to follow a periodic pattern. So rather than reviewing the case to see if you qualify, USCIS basically sends your application back to you and does not cash your filing fee check.
